The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is well maintained, and professional. There is ample seating in the waiting area. There is a toilet for clients to use. Would recommend.

The diagnostic process was excellent! Only the bill for the visit on the public holiday really hurt.

I've been to this practice several times and have always been satisfied – sometimes more, sometimes less 😉. But this week, I felt my cat received exceptional care. She had a deep cut on her paw. The veterinarian was particularly empathetic and careful. She also explained everything to me in detail, and I never got the impression that she was rushing things. The wound is healing wonderfully (it was already over 72 hours old when it was stitched), and the stitches are perfect. Some human surgeons could learn a thing or two from her.
