Didnt wait long , my Dog has been well treated and taken care of
Good people working there, good specialists with great hearts
The doctor was friendly and professional, took good care of my dog. If it would be her alone, it would be 5/5. The behaviour of the receptionist was on the other side offensive. I went into the praxis without an appointment - my German boyfriend called prior and he was informed we do not need an appointment for such a small thing (we took roughly 5 minutes with the doctor). I speak German but not perfectly. After I said hello (in German), I was rudely told off. Why I am there without an appointment, I am wrong, my boyfriend must have called another vet, and "in Germany we work with appointments". At this point I would have left if I would have been there for myself. Without further explanation she shortly told me to take my animal to the scale. It took some time. First of all, as a first timer I had no idea, where the scale is, second of all, my dog was scared of the new place. When we managed to get on the scale, she was speaking to others on the phone. Which is fine, but even after she finished, she ignored us. Hard when there are only 2 people in a small reception area, but she managed. In the meantime, I heard her speak with other animal owners, who were native German people and she was really nice, polite and friendly towards them. So it was not about having a bad day. In situations like this, I always try to respond with niceness, so at goodbye, I told her to have a nice rest of the day, even if she did not say anything. She responded with a tschüs without looking up. I was thinking to write this review or not, but in the end, I decided that I have to speak up when I do not receive the same respect that is given to everyone else without a question.
Super 👍
Very friendly manner with both people and animals. You can tell the veterinarian is passionate about her work. We were very satisfied.
