Tierarzt Krüger

We've been taking our cats to Dr. Krüger since 2017. It's a fantastic practice. The doctor is competent and understanding, and always very easy to reach. The prices are fair and the billing is transparent. I highly recommend Dr. Krüger's practice.

Very high prices. Compared to other veterinarians, the fees are two to three times higher. An examination of the animal isn't always performed, but the fee is still charged. Very negative and inappropriate behavior, even shouting, when I disagree with something. I categorically do not recommend this veterinarian!!!! Beware of yourself, your animals, your nerves, your time, and your money from such veterinarians!!!

My pony had a swollen leg, and I wanted to have a vet look at it that same day. I was grateful that a vet from the practice was able to come by that same day. However, it turned out that I had been given an incorrect diagnosis, and we could only start treatment later with a different vet. I had called about my pony's swollen leg, and then during the follow-up appointment, when the vet came again, they said he hadn't noticed it and that it was now too late to treat it with antibiotics. I find it rather annoying because I now have to pay for more services, as I ultimately have to pay two vets from two different practices.

We are very grateful that Dr. Krüger has helped us several times in emergencies.

I feel incredibly well cared for by our Biscotto. Dr. Krüger is a fantastic doctor; he explains everything so well for me. Even when Biscotto is on medication due to my cancer, he tells me what I need to be careful about. But his wife is amazing with her funny and humorous nature, and whenever she sees Biscotto, she always says, "The cookie's back!" Even I, personally, feel very well looked after. They're a truly wonderful team.
