We've been there several times – even once spontaneously for a minor emergency. Each time, we were able to get in immediately, and our two dogs always received excellent care. What impressed us most: We've rarely met a veterinarian who practices her profession with so much heart, dedication, and genuine passion. Thank you so much!

It's an excellent veterinary practice. The vet is very friendly and knows exactly how to handle animals. My cat unfortunately suffers from epilepsy, and the vet treated her so well that she's doing very well again thanks to medication. Many thanks to this wonderful practice.

I am still speechless and deeply shaken by this visit to the veterinary clinic. I arrived at the clinic with my 12-year-old cat, who was severely emaciated and weakened, and was very worried. He was barely eating and clearly unwell. Instead of understanding or compassion, we were treated with condescending and irritable manner from the very beginning. My cat was handled roughly and forced into his carrier – I have never experienced anything like this at a veterinary clinic before. My jacket was simply taken from the carrier and thrown on the floor. In this already extremely emotionally stressful situation, I felt disrespected and humiliated. When we tried to ask factual questions about the diagnosis (they mentioned a tumor or intestinal obstruction) and further treatment, we were accused of lacking trust. Finally, we were asked to leave the clinic – without any further diagnostic tests such as blood work or X-rays. I came in with a sick animal and left with even more fear and disbelief. No pet owner in an emergency should be treated like this.
