Very kind doctor and his assistant! My cat had a fever and I was really scared about her, doctor did all checking and give a right medicine.After that my cat got better really quickly! Also it's very important that doctor Nikolaus has a working hours also on Saturday, it's really important to have possibility to got help on weekend!

My cat had a tumor, and her health suddenly deteriorated very rapidly. I called Dr. Neumayer (outside of office hours) and asked for help. He simply said that he didn't make house calls and that I should come in the next day during office hours!!! I hadn't even asked for a house call; I had hoped I could come to the office so he could relieve my cat's pain. It's bad enough to see a beloved pet suffer and know you have to let them go, but after this reaction—waiting another day and night and letting my cat suffer—I was speechless and it certainly has nothing to do with animal welfare on the part of a veterinarian. Dr. Neumayer had been my vet for over three decades, and I am very disappointed by his behavior! Another veterinarian saw me immediately at his office and spared my cat further suffering.
