She's a friendly, patient, reliable, animal-loving, and caring person who works diligently and takes her time with treatment and answers questions. She caters to individual requests. You can get an appointment very quickly, especially in an emergency. I have various rodents (rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs), and she's very knowledgeable about all of them. The practice also makes a very good impression. It's tidy, hygienic, and you feel at ease. I highly recommend her!
