Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice. I'm surprised the hygiene authorities haven't shut it down yet. The waiting room is filthy and trashed. It certainly hasn't seen disinfection in ages. There's also a very unpleasant smell. But that's just a side note. I took my pet there months ago. Based on a distorted blood test (caused by certain medications she had given her shortly beforehand), a completely wrong diagnosis was made, and naturally, the wrong medications were prescribed. This resulted in my pet suffering severe seizures. I attribute this to the completely inadequate documentation of the treatments. A vet should know that some medications can skew certain blood values. My pet was suddenly deemed seriously ill. Thankfully, another vet was able to quickly find the error. After a few weeks, the blood test was completely normal, and my pet was in excellent health.

Absolutely not recommended and beware!!!!!!!!! Starting with the dingy waiting room, everything is rather unhygienic, and nothing is documented. The greeting is friendly, but the treatment is incompetent. They're only friendly until you voice criticism. Very disorganized. We experienced a botched treatment that, unfortunately, couldn't be rectified even after switching vets within four hours; our beloved pet died 🥺. On top of that, we received a bill with questionable charges for services that were never provided. Never again!!!!!!!!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gasche to all animal lovers. Thanks to her high level of expertise, she quickly made a reliable diagnosis and was able to help our cat rapidly with appropriate and effective treatment. In a natural, honest, uncomplicated, and warm-hearted atmosphere – including that of the senior owner – we felt completely accepted, cared for, and very well treated.

A fantastic practice with expertise, heart, and a superb team in a friendly atmosphere. Our Collie received prompt care, and all options were clearly explained. A heartfelt thank you to Stefanie Gasche and her team!
