Prices are devastating but very good vets
I recently took my cat there and, without an appointment, he received quick and competent help… I really have to emphasize the wonderful, empathetic approach of Ms. Glase, who took care of him immediately and was also fantastic with my cat Merlin! I'll definitely be back!!
We were at the practice today with Eero (American Bulldog) for the first time late! We received excellent care from Ms. Warnack and are grateful for her support and the extra time she worked! Very competent and friendly! We highly recommend her! Many thanks to the whole team!
Disappointing and rough handling of reptiles I brought my tortoise to this practice because their website also offers treatments for reptiles. Unfortunately, after waiting for over two hours, the appointment was a very frightening experience. The animal was taken from its transport box while asleep and immediately, without any warning or gentleness, lifted into the air, quickly spun around several times, and held upside down. The animal's panic was clearly visible (maximum stress response from flailing its limbs). Such rough handling of a cold-blooded animal is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the tortoise was passed from one colleague to another like an object, using only two fingers. At least the second colleague handled it much more gently. My expert advice regarding hydration and kidney function after hibernation was unfortunately ignored or ridiculed. Although medication was prescribed, anyone seeking respectful and specialized treatment of reptiles will not find it here. I will be seeking further treatment from a true specialist.
