It was a mistake for us to go there. He was a bad advisor. The tablets were overcharged (individual price instead of package price), but that was the least of our problems. To be precise, he had a university degree, but I was right.

We visited this veterinary practice for the first time based on a recommendation, to inquire about a dental cleaning for our dog. We felt comfortable and well cared for as soon as we walked in. The veterinarian was very competent, honest, and friendly. He explained that while a dental cleaning is generally a good idea, in our case it could be postponed for a while – so that we could potentially save our dog a treatment and ourselves unnecessary expenses. This shows that they don't try to rip you off here, but truly act in the best interests of the animal. We feel we received excellent advice and will definitely be back!

I've been taking my little Chihuahua to Dr. Weiss since May of last year, and we had a titer test, blood draw, and vaccinations done back then. I was particularly impressed by how friendly and patient he was with us. I had many questions, and he took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and clearly without seeming annoyed. He also made my rather timid Chihuahua feel comfortable. The practice itself is also very pleasant: The assistants are friendly, helpful, and answer all questions. The billing was fair; nothing was overpriced, and I felt that everything was calculated correctly and transparently. I feel completely at ease there and can highly recommend the practice. I was referred to Dr. Weiss myself, and since then, three acquaintances of mine have also been there—all were satisfied. For me, it's clear: Here, time is taken for the animal, everything is done professionally, and pet owners are treated with respect.

We needed an emergency appointment because our cat had been bitten by another animal. Dr. Weiß's team made it possible for us after everyone else turned us down, including our regular vet. We were therefore new patients and are extremely grateful to Dr. Weiß and his team. We wholeheartedly recommend their practice!
