I had a great experience here. The staff were extremely helpful, even as I didn't speak German. Thank you so much!

Over the weekend and on the public holiday, we took our dog to the emergency veterinary clinic. She received excellent treatment and advice, and everything was addressed individually. Everyone was incredibly friendly. We felt very well cared for.
They are friendly. However, the practice has made several mistakes. The first time, far too little antifungal medication was prescribed for my pet. After three days, they called, apologized, and gave me five ampoules. The second time, they forgot to give me the needles. The third time, the same antifungal treatment was administered with the same medication for the same price, but I only received one ampoule instead of the five I received the first time. Even though I asked if this could be correct, they told me everything was fine. I find them to be narrow-minded and only think in one direction. In a consultation at a specialized pet store, a staff member gave me much more comprehensive advice on how my pet could feel comfortable and recover.
I think the practice is great. Dr. Dey knows her stuff when it comes to rodents and definitely does her best to make the treatment a success quickly. The veterinary assistants are all very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. I'm satisfied, and my two have been doing better for about a month now, with no signs of worsening. Let's hope it stays that way. :)
