Reviews
I recently moved here and hadn't yet found a vet. Dr. Tusche was immediately willing to take care of my pet and answer my questions. She is always ready to help and advise. The staff are friendly. They provide quick assistance with any problems, even if it's a sick or injured stray cat.
Always friendly, professionally competent, and you always get the impression that their interest lies in the animal's well-being and not in sales, etc.! The assistants are always very friendly and accommodating. We are very satisfied!
Our cat had an injury and was immediately readmitted without any problems. Dr. Tusche took her time to examine and treat him. The team is friendly and accommodating, and the treatment costs are very reasonable. We will gladly come back. :)
In my opinion, I cannot recommend Ms. Tusche. My cat was clearly ill: his heartbeat was very rapid, and he was becoming increasingly thin. Blood tests showed very high leukocyte (white blood cell) levels and a significantly elevated T4 level (hyperthyroidism). Despite these abnormal blood test results, only a medication for the hyperthyroidism was prescribed, and a follow-up appointment was recommended after six weeks. Since his condition worsened after a few days and showed no improvement, I rushed him to the Vallendar Animal Clinic. There, oxygen therapy was immediately initiated. It turned out that fluid had already accumulated in his abdominal cavity and had to be drained. A 2 cm tumor was also discovered, which had already metastasized considerably. Sadly, my cat had to be euthanized. In my opinion, Ms. Tusche should have reacted earlier and more comprehensively, given the poor blood test results, to potentially spare my cat further suffering.
She helped us in our time of need. Dr. Tusche is very competent and helped us immediately. Thank you so much! ☺️
