Our two cats are patients at the practice of Dr. Presche and Dr. Späth. We are very grateful for the excellent care our animals receive here. This year, we had an emergency with each of our cats – our female cat's treatment was successfully completed, and our male cat is currently still undergoing treatment. In both cases, we were always treated with empathy, calm, and expertise. You can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Whether in emergency situations, during regular appointments, or on the phone, they always take ample time – for the treatment and for our questions. Communication is clear, honest, and understanding. The costs are completely fair and transparent. Even though we now live further away, we gladly make the trip – because we know our cats are in the best hands here. For me, a visit to the vet is usually like a dentist appointment for many people – necessary, but rarely pleasant. But in this practice, we feel truly comfortable, which means a great deal of trust to me. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service: whenever possible, they even coordinate with our local pharmacy so we can pick up medications directly from them – that's anything but standard practice. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their outstanding work, patience, and dedication – we feel we are in excellent hands!
