I would give 10 stars if I could!! 🥹 We took our dog Bounty to the vet today because we weren't at all satisfied with our previous vet and didn't feel well cared for. We also just wanted to get a second opinion, and lo and behold, it made a difference!!! At the old vet, they told us our dog had heart problems. They prescribed very expensive heart medication, which we, of course, bought because we only want the best for him. But at this vet, it turned out he doesn't have any heart problems at all. The vet took a really long time for him, even though there were many other patients in the waiting room and it was almost closing time. The vet discussed every step with us, explained each medication, and also told us about the options available to us. (Bounty unfortunately had a stroke.) She even examined his eyes and discovered that he has almost no reaction, or rather, a weaker reaction, in one eye. She was so incredibly empathetic, both with Bounty and with us as her caring owners. I will definitely continue to see her and recommend her to any pet owner who loves their animal and cares about their pet! We felt so comfortable and well cared for, like we haven't felt at a veterinary practice in a long time! A thousand thanks to the entire practice team! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

I completely agree with all the reviews!! Such a lovely woman and veterinarian. She took her time despite being on call (we were the last ones) and examined everything she could! She even examined the fur under a microscope and tried herbal remedies first before resorting to medication. She recommended a detoxification program and let me send her other lab results for her to review. Absolutely no money-making scheme and completely genuine!! A lovely, lovingly decorated practice.
