We were there today with our ram. Unfortunately, he had to be put down. But that's okay; I didn't want him to suffer any more pain. His bladder was full of grit. Our Lagotto, Bruno, had lost a claw at the beginning of our vacation. It wasn't easy to find a vet on a Saturday, but I got an appointment with Dr. Volz at 1:00 PM. After a 30-km drive, I received a friendly welcome, but I still had several patients ahead of me. We were last in line, but received very friendly and competent advice. After Bruno's treatment, I was given detailed instructions on how to continue the treatment myself, as we were on our way to Italy. I was given all the necessary bandages. The bill was surprisingly low; I would have easily paid twice as much or more at my local vet. I highly recommend Dr. Volz. Chapeau 👌

We experienced a small Christmas miracle. Friday the 13th was truly an unlucky day for us. We noticed that our dog was very ill and asked vets everywhere for an examination. This practice told us to come immediately. No sooner said than done. After an ultrasound, they discovered that she had a uterine infection and that she needed immediate surgery. She underwent surgery that same day, and it wasn't an easy operation. The infection was so severe that it was already affecting her intestines. After the operation, she woke up quickly and was, of course, very exhausted. Her blood work was poor, and she had a fever. The next morning, she was able to walk a little and eat a little. Two days after the operation, we were even able to pick her up, and of course, she was completely exhausted. Just in time for Christmas, the staples were removed and the neck brace was taken off. From then on, she truly blossomed. She's playing, cuddling, and romping again as if nothing had happened. Thank you so much, dear veterinary practice, for saving our dog's life. Despite many visitors, the vet had the time to perform the surgery so quickly and, above all, the way she cared for the dog. Thank you again for your dedication.
