The veterinarians are very friendly and gentle with my cat. Roll was there during their emergency service, two days after he had surgery at my regular vet. He needed IV fluids because he hadn't eaten or drunk anything. They took wonderful care of him.
We are extremely satisfied – from the initial reception to the treatment and examination. We received a friendly and helpful welcome at reception. The veterinarian is very competent, takes his time, and explains everything clearly. Our pet was treated carefully and with great empathy. We truly feel well cared for here. Fantastic veterinarians! We got an appointment this week on incredibly short notice, within an hour. Mr. Arui thoroughly examined our dog, took plenty of time to answer our questions, gave us advice, and discussed the further plan for her recovery. We highly recommend this practice!
