The practice team is fantastic – friendly, personable, and competent! They have an emergency number, so if something comes up on weekends or after hours, they respond and find the best possible treatment. They'll even come out again if it's urgent. An examination in the practice rooms is also perfectly acceptable in this regard! All in all: We enjoy going to this practice; our furry friends feel comfortable and receive expert care! It might not be the cheapest vet, but it's definitely more than recommendable! We've been going there for almost two years and feel very well cared for! A substitute vet temporarily filled in due to illness, and he wasn't as great as the regular team, but since he's left, everything is running smoothly again ❤️

Absolutely the best veterinary practice with heart ❤️ My Shakespeare has been a patient at the practice for 10 years, and what does he bark at, of course? Exactly, "Wow!" ☺️♥️🥰 If people were led by animals and by such a great team, there would be no wars, just clear instructions and a loyal relationship! Enough from me! I'll give it another five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! It's best to make an appointment by phone; I recommend it, it saves you and all our loyal companions a lot of stress!

We highly recommend the Pautsch veterinary practice. After a veterinary clinic recommended euthanasia for our rabbit, we are incredibly grateful to Ms. Pautsch and her team for helping her and not giving up on her. Thanks to their expertise, our rabbit is back to her old self.

You can come without an appointment, and we didn't have to wait long. The doctor was very friendly and competent, but I think she's a bit more expensive than the practices in Kassel where I've been before. Getting in with a wheelchair is difficult to impossible. A light, narrow wheelchair might be able to manage the two or three steps. It's quite easy to get in with a buggy. The receptionist was happy to help.

Excellent veterinarian, we feel well cared for and our dog likes her very much too.
