Reviews
Dr. Weisse is a wonderful veterinarian. Even though the reason for our visit this time was very sad. She takes her time, explains what she's doing, and is always happy to answer questions. We can wholeheartedly recommend her 😊
Strangely, our animals supposedly had fleas every time we checked them and were treated at an exorbitant price. We never saw any signs of parasites. Two days later, another vet found the most they could find in their fur was coffee grounds... I recommend using glasses or a visit to an ophthalmologist in addition to the magnifying glass. I hope we never have to see her again (in an emergency or similar). By the way, another vet dared to remove tartar WITHOUT sedation. The cat was also completely relaxed. It's sensible and less dangerous for an older animal.
You can see her there with or without an appointment. Most of the time, you can even get in quickly without one. The doctor is very friendly and takes her time to answer questions and listens when you explain something, clarify things, or ask questions. Unfortunately, this isn't always the case with general practitioners, veterinarians, or other specialists these days. The prices are also reasonable compared to larger medical chains.
Thank you so much for your compassionate and loving support as we had to say goodbye to our cat today. Your calm and warm manner made the farewell much easier for us. We are grateful for your help and that you allowed our cat to pass away so peacefully. A veterinarian with such a big heart is a rare find!
Ms. Weisse is inhumane. A woman who was ahead of us had her dog treated for a bite, and things got really interesting when it came to payment. The woman could only pay by card, which isn't possible at Ms. Weisse's clinic. When the woman, desperate for cash, gave them all she had and was still €10 short, she was threatened that she wouldn't be allowed to leave the clinic until the money was on the table. Even though there's a bank right next door, she wasn't allowed to leave the building; otherwise, the police would have come. Crying, she called her husband, who arrived later. This is completely unacceptable!! We also took our dog to the clinic because of diarrhea and itching. For the examination and a skin swab, which took a total of 10 minutes, we were given shampoo and a pack of tablets for the itching, and after a hefty bill, we were €201 poorer. The same treatment at another vet, where we were still classified as an emergency case, cost €80. And there, we received 800g of special wet food, a paste for diarrhea, painkillers, and three additional injections. As a result, our dog recovered significantly over a longer period.
