We took our cat there for treatment. A cyst on her uterus was successfully removed! Unfortunately, she was also diagnosed with diabetes. After a stay at a clinic (Bielefeld - NOT recommended!!), we were left completely in the lurch. If we hadn't found a special group for feline diabetes on Facebook, our cat would have been given a lethal injection!!! This practice has no experience treating diabetes!!
We were out walking our dog earlier. During a loud argument at the vet's office, we overheard an employee/doctor say, "I don't care what's good for the dog!" When they saw us, they slammed the windows shut. As a dog owner, that's definitely not something you want to hear! We've also heard many bad experiences at this practice from friends and acquaintances. Dr. Klingeberg is only in it for the money; the animal's well-being doesn't seem to be her top priority (see quote). Dogs are vaccinated annually instead of every three years. We can only warn against this practice.
Excellent practice. Very friendly and accommodating. My dog and I felt very, very comfortable there!
My experience with the emergency service was very positive. The veterinarians were very friendly and treated my dog with great care. I don't understand the negative reviews here; perhaps it's because I saw different vets. In any case, my dog received excellent care, and that's all that matters. Thank you! :)
More than 5 stars! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We took our dachshund there for the first time on an emergency Saturday. A very empathetic veterinary assistant who didn't put any pressure on us and spoiled our dachshund with treats. Our dachshund, who could barely walk due to pain, received excellent care. 🙏 We were also given further helpful advice and recommendations, as pain management shouldn't be a long-term solution. While the wonderful veterinary assistant took care of the paperwork, our two daughters were entertained by the humorous doctor. 🙃 In the end, the dog was pain-free. ... Furthermore, it's commendable that the treatment took place shortly before closing time, yet the examination was still carried out thoroughly and calmly, even beyond opening hours! And the icing on the cake: The friendly veterinary assistant even called me on Tuesday to check on the dog's condition and wish him all the best. Absolutely recommendable! 👍👌 Top vet, friendly, competent
