My experience with the emergency service was very positive. The veterinarians were very friendly and treated my dog ​​with great care. I don't understand the negative reviews here; perhaps it's because I saw different vets. In any case, my dog ​​received excellent care, and that's all that matters. Thank you! :)

We were out walking our dog earlier. During a loud argument at the vet's office, we overheard an employee/doctor say, "I don't care what's good for the dog!" When they saw us, they slammed the windows shut. As a dog owner, that's definitely not something you want to hear! We've also heard many bad experiences at this practice from friends and acquaintances. Dr. Klingeberg is only in it for the money; the animal's well-being doesn't seem to be her top priority (see quote). Dogs are vaccinated annually instead of every three years. We can only warn against this practice.

As of 2020 I was there for the first time today with our two foster kittens and our dog, Bella. I'm completely satisfied with her, especially with our not-so-easy Bella; she's a fantastic actress. My husband has already been there with our Tigger, and she helped him wonderfully. She was also incredibly sweet with our two foster kittens, Plüsch and Elfy. ⬆️ As of 2023 Well, first impressions can be deceiving. These days, she won't even take clients with active, open injuries if they're short on money. My cat has a wound that urgently needs to be looked at, but without money, there's no treatment, even though we have insurance.

We took our cat there for treatment. A cyst on her uterus was removed superbly! But unfortunately, diabetes was diagnosed. After a stay in the clinic (in Bielefeld—NOT recommended!!), we were thrown in at the deep end. If we hadn't found a special group for feline diabetes on Facebook, the cat would have been injected to death! This practice has no experience in treating diabetes!
