Reviews
Friendly, Fast, fair prices! Our New veterinarian! 🤗😁
The two veterinarians gave conflicting information about the possibility of a house call, and this happened twice! Absolutely unsatisfactory! Our cat unfortunately had to be euthanized, and since we wanted to spare her the stress of a car ride, I inquired about the possibility of a house call. Dr. Wehrmann initially agreed, but during the second phone call with Ms. Blume, she explicitly refused each time. Quote: "We don't make a house call for a cat." Empathy is clearly a foreign concept to her. During previous visits, I had the impression that the practice was very "rustic and rather outdated." Ms. Blume's statements about the effectiveness of tick treatments proved to be false, and she didn't even know the treatment that actually helped our cat. Conclusion: We will NEVER again subject our animals to this practice.
Very unfriendly, barely able to exchange a few words, animals are not treated well.
We took our dog to the emergency vet on a Sunday evening; unfortunately, she had to be put down. But Dr. Wehrmann took her time, wasn't rushed, and didn't make us feel like we were just being processed. She was very empathetic, humane, and dignified. I would go to her again anytime!
Our Havanese/Maltese mix doesn't like going to the vet. He's in good hands here, and the staff always work professionally and with the animal's best interests in mind.
