Unfortunately, first impressions can be deceiving. Initially, I was impressed by his knowledge and explanations for me, a layperson. However, I also experienced a different side of him. After several inquiries, he didn't get back to me, even though the next steps were supposed to be arranged by phone. When he finally did get in touch, he said he'd do it that evening... But after a long wait and three weeks later, there was still no response. Then, when it was an emergency in the middle of the night, I repeatedly only got his voicemail, and I had to find another solution since there was simply no reply. After another vet came that night and my horse still wasn't better in the morning, I tried calling him again. He answered, but all I got was a grumpy reply asking why I hadn't called back. After repeatedly explaining that he was indeed my vet, he finally got around to calling to see if he had time. Since I couldn't wait because my horse was in terrible pain, I decided to go to the clinic instead. Suddenly, he called to say he was there, without even giving any prior notice. I then said we were going to the clinic, since he'd already mentioned that he didn't have time that day and we didn't want to wait long... I asked if he might have some time after all. He then grumbled that the bill would be coming. So maybe he really is good at what he does, but he definitely needs to work on his interpersonal skills. I wish you all the best in our area, and I just hope for your loyal customers that something like this doesn't happen again.

I feel that I, and especially my horse, are in excellent hands at this practice! I particularly appreciate his straightforward manner and professional expertise! He always has the perfect treatment suggestion. He handles the animals wonderfully and is always ready to help! Furthermore, there's the option of bringing your horse to the practice, as they have stalls on site. I highly recommend this practice!

I've had some unpleasant situations with my horse, from extreme phlegmon to choke, but it always showed full effort, even late in the evening!
