Highly competent advice. He takes plenty of time for my cats and dog. We've been taking our cats and dogs to Dr. Bachmann since we moved to SHG. We feel very well cared for, and Dr. Bachmann did an excellent job when our dog had a serious illness. Thank you! Appointments can be made online, so there are no long waiting times and less stress for our animals.
We took our cat to the emergency vet because she had severely inflamed eyes. We can't understand the negative reviews. We received an antibiotic and a corticosteroid. The antibiotic actually worsened the inflammation, so I called again at 11 p.m. Despite the late hour, the vet was very friendly and helpful. We agreed on a treatment plan that ultimately helped our cat a lot. Thank you, Dr. Bachmann.
We took our dog to the emergency vet, were seen quickly, and the dog received excellent care. We're so grateful that there are still such kind vets who really take their time for an animal. Highly recommended! :)
Not recommended; I recently went to him because my dog was bitten and needs three stitches. I was shocked because he ripped me off for over 700 euros.
