I took my dog ​​Davu to the Rinteln veterinary practice for a check-up and I'm absolutely thrilled. I received a very warm and friendly welcome right from the start. The entire team is attentive, competent, and makes you feel completely at ease. A special shout-out goes to veterinarian Sophie. She is incredibly kind, empathetic, and highly professional. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and treated my dog ​​with great care. You can tell immediately that the well-being of animals is truly important to her. The renovated practice is also a real success. The new rooms are modern, bright, and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for both the animals and their owners. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful care. We will gladly return anytime and wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

I've been a patient at the old practice since 2023 with my two dogs. Now, after the rebranding, you can only pay by card or have the exact amount. They don't give change anymore. Paying by invoice isn't an option either, as I'm considered a "new customer." What can you say to that?
