⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute 5-star recommendation! I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Holzhausen. When my cat suddenly became ill late one evening, I called him around 9:30 p.m. and explained the situation. Since his regular opening hours are only from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and he doesn't usually offer emergency services, I honestly didn't expect to be able to come in. So I was all the more relieved when he immediately told me to come straight over. When I arrived with my cat, he was already waiting for us. My cat received immediate, loving, and professional care: his temperature was taken, he gave her an injection, and everything was handled quickly and competently. It's in moments like these that you realize who truly practices their profession with passion. What impressed me most: despite the late hour, he didn't charge any emergency service fee. Such humanity, helpfulness, and compassion are rare these days. Dr. Holzhausen is a veterinarian with a heart of gold ❤️ and a genuine passion for animals, whose well-being is truly his top priority. You can immediately tell that he helps out of genuine conviction, not for financial gain. I wholeheartedly recommend him to every pet owner. Thank you so much for this exceptional help!

Our family is absolutely thrilled. We had to take our dog to the vet on a Sunday and hadn't heard of Dr. Holzhausen before. After searching online and calling several vets, we came across Dr. Holzhausen. A quick phone call later, and we were able to come in right away. He was able to help our dog and conducted the examinations with such care and understanding. We felt comfortable immediately. A huge thank you! He does everything out of love for animals and has a wealth of experience! A top-notch veterinarian who checks first to see if the animal is okay, rather than opening his wallet first. But from the very first moment, we were welcomed so warmly that a huge weight was lifted from our shoulders. Dr. Holzhausen immediately attended to our pet with incredible calm, patience, and care, even though the next day was Good Friday. In a moment filled with fear, it is invaluable to encounter someone who shows so much compassion. You can feel with him every second that he isn't in it for the money, but solely for the well-being of the animals. The fact that we only had to pay 30 euros in the end, while other emergency services charge many times that amount, left us speechless. But what touched us most was his humanity. His manner, his calm, and his big heart deeply impressed us. In a world where everything often revolves around money, he is a true gift. Dr. Holzhausen is not just a veterinarian to us, but a true hero. An exceptional person who lives his profession with heart and soul.
