Tierarztpraxis Röckemann & Orphanos

We were there today as a substitute. Even though we were only there as a substitute, we were made to feel very welcome. The reception staff were very friendly, as was the doctor. We would gladly go back anytime.

Yesterday, my almost 18-year-old cat Jerry was euthanized at my home by Mr. Orphanos. He and his colleague were very gentle with Jerry, and I am grateful that he was able to pass away in his familiar surroundings.

I took my cat to the vet for his first blood test today. The practice was very friendly. There was no long wait. Registration and documentation were done via an app. Very modern. It wasn't stressful for my cat at all. Thank you so much for your help.

My French Bulldog tore his cruciate ligament and had surgery using the TPLO method. The team is very friendly and competent 👍 Even at the follow-up appointment, my Sherlock was excited to see Dr. Orphanos 🥰😉 He also had a palatal surgery and rhinoplasty there in 2019, and all the scars have healed perfectly. The price/performance ratio at Röckemann and Orphanos is unbeatable 👍👍👍👍👍 P.S. Both photos were taken immediately after the surgery.

I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mr. Orphanos, for giving my dog ​​Prince back his will to live and for freeing him from pain. You had to extract 20 infected teeth, and he can only eat gruel now, but he's finally back to his old self. He comes for cuddles and wants to play again. I am so incredibly grateful to you for supporting me so well during my fears for my dog ​​and for helping me. You are such a helpful person, so empathetic towards animals and their owners, and you always have a listening ear, no matter how often I call and tell you my worries. You always find a solution to help both people and animals. You are simply my savior in my time of need. If it weren't for you, Prince would probably have been euthanized, but thanks to you, he will now spend many more wonderful years by my side. I can't thank you enough for your help.
