I feel very well cared for at this veterinary practice. Ms. Maxheim and her team work meticulously and don't perform unnecessary examinations. The consultations are transparent and fair, especially regarding costs. Before any major examinations, everything is explained clearly, so you know exactly what to expect. I particularly appreciate how patiently and clearly the findings are explained. You can tell they take their time, which gives me, as a pet owner, a great deal of peace of mind. Even when dealing with our dog, who can be quite sensitive at the vet, they work calmly, professionally, and with a lot of patience. Appointments are usually easy to get; I've rarely had to wait long. The practice is also open every other Saturday, which is really helpful from an organizational standpoint. Another big plus is that they also offer echocardiograms. This means you don't have to go to a separate clinic for that. We feel very well cared for here and will definitely come back.

We were there with our dog a week ago on a Saturday...as an emergency patient. She was in severe pain, but she felt significantly better that same day and is now 100% well and fit. The friendliness was first-class, as was the value for money on a Saturday. The team was great, and the practice is highly recommended.

From the very first visit, I was impressed by the warm atmosphere, the professionalism, and the loving way they treated my dog ​​🐕 The vet really takes his time with each animal, explains everything calmly and clearly, and you can immediately tell how much experience and passion he has. My dog ​​was surprisingly relaxed, even though he's usually quite shy at the vet – that says it all! 😍 The practice itself is also very tidy and well-organized, and scheduling an appointment was easy. The honest advice is also particularly noteworthy – here, the animal's well-being is truly the priority, not the money. I will definitely be back – and I'm happy to make the trip from Hanover! 🐾

The telephone consultation was very friendly and thorough. However, there were difficulties regarding transparency concerning the payment terms. Since I had demonstrably visited the practice in 2020, I was unaware of the standard practice of prepayment. Instead, I was assured that the billing would be done through the existing health insurance for the animal (even the uninsured second animal as a courtesy (?)). On-site, a misunderstanding inevitably arose. The resulting cancellation led to my being rejected as a customer, a decision that was communicated behind closed doors. The refund for the service not rendered arrived 14 days later, after two emails. Instead of a mid-three-figure sum, I paid significantly less elsewhere, received proper advice, and had the impression that the animals' health was the top priority.
