I take our two dogs and two cats to the Maxheim Small Animal Clinic. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to both the veterinarians and the wonderful clinic team. I have always felt I received expert advice and was treated with courtesy and friendliness. My questions were always answered in a way that even a layperson could understand, thus alleviating any uncertainties. Thank you so much!

A veterinary practice couldn't be better. Kerstin and her fantastic team have my complete trust, and I know that my furry boys and our furry princess are in very good hands. Everyone is friendly, helpful, sensitive, and competent. It simply doesn't get any better. I feel very well cared for at this veterinary practice. Ms. Maxheim and her team work meticulously and don't perform unnecessary examinations. The consultations are transparent and fair, especially regarding costs. Before any major examinations, everything is explained clearly, so you know exactly what to expect. I particularly appreciate how patiently and clearly the findings are explained. You can tell they take their time, which gives me, as a pet owner, a great deal of peace of mind. Even when dealing with our dog, who can be quite sensitive at the vet, they work calmly, professionally, and with a lot of patience. Appointments are usually easy to get; I've rarely had to wait long. The practice is also open every other Saturday, which is really helpful from an organizational standpoint. Another big plus is that they also offer echocardiograms. This means you don't have to go to a separate clinic for that. We feel very well cared for here and will definitely come back.

A fantastic veterinary practice. I'm happy to travel further to know that someone truly understands guinea pigs. Ms. Greiling-Mackert, in particular, is incredibly dedicated and professional, even with more unusual procedures like changing a guinea pig's nasal packing. She always prioritizes the animal's well-being and thoroughly explains all the steps and options. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to reach by phone. The practice itself is also beautifully designed.
