If I could, I'd give 100 stars to Dr. Pörtner! And of course, to the lovely companion and the incredibly kind and capable veterinary assistant at reception. We had an absolute emergency situation at the truck stop with our horse on the trailer. We were incredibly well cared for, even given sweet drinks to help with our circulation, as things unfortunately took a turn for the worse. Dr. Pörtner was so kind and empathetic throughout. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ♥️

Our cats were treated by Dr. Kozlov. As first-time cat owners, we had many questions, but he answered them very patiently and kindly. He was also very gentle with the cats. I will definitely come back.

Today was our third visit to the veterinary practice with our 17-month-old dog. We were very pleased with the consultation, treatment, and everything else! As she is our first dog, we were grateful for the quick appointments, clear explanations, and excellent advice. The veterinarian is competent, friendly, and caring. All the staff are kind and welcoming, and we felt well cared for each time.

We took our cat (5 years old) to the vet several times because she was licking her fur off and was aggressive. The Ukrainian vet was nice, but apparently clueless. He said, "She has a brain," and prescribed epilepsy medication for humans. Three weeks later, she was dead. I asked for a blood test (while she was still alive), but nothing happened. She was 5 years old! It turned out she only had kidney problems. A simple blood test could have extended her life by many years! Unbelievable... The main thing is a cheap vet who isn't even licensed in Germany... Well, or at least not through roundabout means. These practices give veterinarians a bad name in general. And I always thought you became a vet to help animals... It's such a shame... Think carefully about where you go. They'll never find the cause of your problems! Very, very sad for all our furry friends 😥

A heartfelt recommendation if you're looking for a truly caring and highly competent veterinary practice. The ladies (Kimberley & Sophie) at reception are not only incredibly reliable but also incredibly helpful and always in a good mood. The level of compassion, expertise, and support we've experienced there for our pets is unlike anything we've encountered before. Veterinarian Mykola has always made us feel like we're in good hands; he always knew exactly what to do. Thank you so much! 🙏🏽
