Our cats were treated by Dr. Kozlov. As first-time cat owners, we had many questions, but he answered them very patiently and kindly. He was also very gentle with the cats. I will definitely come back.

After many years of entrusting my horses to the care of the team at Jörn Paeger's veterinary practice, it's long overdue to express my gratitude for their outstanding service. In 2024, one of my horses suffered a very serious pasture injury. Following my emergency call, even though it was a Sunday, Mr. Paeger arrived immediately and, in a grueling and physically demanding operation lasting several hours, expertly sutured the A4-sized wound, which also severed muscle fibers. During the following months, when my horse required intensive medical care, the team provided excellent support. Thankfully, my horse is now completely healthy again, and I am incredibly grateful to have found these outstanding veterinarians. I would also like to commend Veronika Grell for her excellent dental work! Ever since I've known her, I've only let her treat my horses' teeth because her work is extremely expert and professional. On top of that, she has a great deal of empathy for the horses and such a sunny disposition that both my horses and I always leave the dental appointments happy :) Thank you so much!

I feel very well cared for at the Paeger practice and by veterinarian M. Kozlov, along with my dogs. We especially appreciate his calm demeanor. He now speaks German very well, and the initial language barriers were handled superbly by the assistants. The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful. My dogs enjoy going to the practice, and we highly recommend it.

If I could, I'd give 100 stars to Dr. Pörtner! And of course, to the lovely companion and the incredibly kind and capable veterinary assistant at reception. We had an absolute emergency situation at the truck stop with our horse on the trailer. We were incredibly well cared for, even given sweet drinks to help with our circulation, as things unfortunately took a turn for the worse. Dr. Pörtner was so kind and empathetic throughout. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ♥️
