And all this with a wealth of experience and expertise. Ms. Daum has an incredibly calming manner that benefits not only the animals but also us as owners. She patiently explains the problem to even anxious laypeople in a way they can understand, showing them exactly how it can be solved so that the animal quickly feels better. We originally ended up at the practice many years ago as an emergency case, and this emergency turned out to be a stroke of luck. I was incredibly impressed at the time that not only was the animal helped immediately and without any fuss, but the very next morning—a Sunday, no less—we received a call because Ms. Daum wanted to check on the cat. I had never experienced anything like it before, neither in an animal practice nor in a human one. After every visit, I'm so glad we ended up at this particular practice, as it was a stroke of luck for both our animals and us. Ms. Daum always has a sympathetic ear and takes the time needed for both the animals and their owners. She is incredibly competent and avoids pushing expensive procedures unless they are necessary for the diagnosis. Thank you for so much heart and intelligence dedicated to the well-being of the animals! It should also be mentioned that appointments can be booked quickly and easily online – and despite the current situation, which she dedicates to each case, there are virtually no waiting times.
