We are incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary practice. Appointments are easy to get, and the waiting times are usually short. Ms. Reinecke is not only extremely competent but also very empathetic and loving in her interactions with our dog. She patiently explains each step and always takes the time to answer our questions. Our dog feels truly comfortable there, which makes us very happy, as vet visits used to be stressful for him. Thanks to Ms. Reinecke's loving care and calm demeanor, he feels safe and enjoys going. We greatly appreciate the open and friendly atmosphere at the practice and highly recommend it. The receptionists are also simply wonderful – always friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything!

I would like to give 10 stars + a great vet who takes her time and answers questions like no other, my last visit was with my cat Chap who had a large wound on his neck, he was helped quickly and today he no longer needs a bandage and that after 3 days, also a nice greeting from Chap who is having fun playing again without a bandage :-)

Five stars aren't nearly enough to express how much Ms. Reinecke has helped me (and my four-legged friend with cancer) over the past few years... As I always say to my friends: "You walk into the room full of worries, she looks at you, and you know immediately: No matter what – we'll get through this!" She's a person who not only has extensive knowledge and incredible expertise, but also a special empathy for both animals and people!
