We feel very well cared for here with our dogs. Dr. Eckhoff is always very friendly and takes her time for her patients and their minor ailments. Even in a weekend emergency, she was reliable. We are so grateful that veterinarians like her still exist! 👍

Dr. Eckhoff is a fantastic veterinarian. I took my cat there for treatment and felt he was in good hands and well advised.

Our first visit a year ago went perfectly. The vet, Dr. [Name], was also very warm and kind to the patient. But this year was outrageous. We arrived on time for our appointment, checked in, and waited patiently. Since our dog doesn't get along with other dogs, we agreed to wait outside. We were told we'd be called in as soon as it was our turn. 45 minutes passed... we waited... no one came. I checked inside and asked how much longer it would be... They had simply forgotten about us, or rather, they'd marked us as not present, so two patients were seen ahead of us. Okay, no problem, these things happen. The lady at the reception desk even said we were definitely next in line. So we waited outside again. While waiting in front of the building, we noticed that yet another patient from the waiting room was being seen ahead of us. That was the last straw. And when I tried to be polite and let them know we weren't going to wait any longer and were leaving, they just grinned in my face and said nothing. It was truly unacceptable. It's a shame, because the last visit was great. However, I can no longer recommend this vet, and we'll be looking for a different one where you're not treated like this just because you're patient and have a difficult dog. What a waste of time and gas.

We first took our cat to the Tiste veterinary practice on a recommendation. Now we've taken the dogs there too. We feel very well cared for and are happy to make the 1.5-hour (!) drive. The animals seem to enjoy being there. The staff is friendly, and the vets are amazing! 😉 We highly recommend this practice. Expert veterinarians, reasonable prices, and friendly people. That's exactly what we want.
