Even after she was back home, the vet called to check on her. The advice and support we, the mare's owners, received was truly outstanding. Thank you so much, dear Hanse Clinic, for the truly wonderful treatment and care of my Tino! 😍 He's completely healthy and fit again. Not only are the veterinarians there absolutely fantastic, but the entire team is wonderful, both on the phone and in person. Due to the distance, I wasn't able to visit Tino. However, I knew he was doing well at all times, was always kept up to date, and the ladies in accounting were also very kind and helpful with any questions about the bill. Thank you!

Excellent Equine Clinic As a surgeon myself, I brought my horse to the clinic (open 24/7) after a completely uncomplicated and very friendly telephone conversation, where he had his horse examined and operated. From the reception and animal care to the examining veterinarians, anesthesiologist, operating room nurse, and the excellently operating clinic director, I, as a medical professional, can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. My horse received better care in every area than you sometimes see in human medicine. Absolutely top-notch, for both owner and horse. You'd love to work in a clinic like this yourself; they treat both humans and animals with great empathy and provide absolutely competent treatment for your beloved animal companion.

I would gladly give it 6 out of 5! My dear Bert spent 40 days with Dr. Leser at the Hanseklinik. We had a vitrectomy on both sides and a patch for the damaged cornea on the right side. Unfortunately, the periodic eye inflammation was diagnosed very late, so the retina had already suffered considerably and the lens was completely cloudy. Dr. Leser and his team handled this perfectly and exceeded our expectations, as well as their own prognosis. Bert has demonstrably no limitations and is almost fully functional. I would like to emphasize that I have never experienced such service before. The team, from reception to the veterinarians to the assistants, were always friendly, competent, and reliable. A rarity these days! We always felt well taken care of. Calls regarding his well-being were prompt and as promised. Dr. Leser was always well-versed in the subject, kept me regularly informed, and was available even on weekends. I would also like to mention Dr. Giager, who sewed the beautiful patch on. We are very grateful and happy and can recommend the clinic without reservation. Thank you all so much! You are absolutely fantastic!

Excellent equine clinic! I am grateful to the team at the Hanse Clinic, especially Dr. Leser and Dr. Brandenberger. In May, they performed two vitrectomies during a flare-up and a colic surgery on my horse, with excellent results. I am also thankful for the communication, support during the procedure, and afterward! My horse is now fit again and back to normal riding. I must also mention the cardiological expertise of Jennifer Bormann, who provides my horse with cardiac care and is incredibly kind.
