Dr. Kalden had taken in an injured heron from me. He made a very trustworthy and kind impression on me. A veterinarian who sees his profession not just as a means of earning a living, but also as a calling. Animals don't seem to be objects to him, but living beings worthy of protection, no less valuable than humans. His empathetic and friendly manner alone, upon first meeting him, gives you the impression that he is a good person. The world needs many more like him...

Never again! Complications during post-operative care are not properly addressed or even recognized. This could have been fatal for my pet if I hadn't immediately contacted a veterinary clinic. They simply shook their heads at such a procedure. If there's a better chance of success, I would take legal action. I will never take any animal to this practice again.
