Since I recently moved here, I naturally needed a new veterinary practice for my dog. Because she doesn't like being handled by strangers, she's not exactly the easiest patient. Nevertheless, Ms. Herbold reacted very sensitively and treated my dog ​​calmly and respectfully. Unfortunately, I've had different experiences elsewhere, so this approach was particularly impressive. The reason for our visit was a small lump that needed to be removed. From the very beginning, I felt I was in excellent hands and had complete peace of mind leaving my dog ​​there for the surgery. The scar is healing beautifully and looks very neatly done. The entire practice team also does a fantastic job – friendly, professional, and attentive. Highly recommended!
