Dr. Braun took plenty of time for our dog. The examination was thorough, and everything was checked. Our Hugo is now 10 years old, and there are a few things that need attention. Then his nails were trimmed, and it was less dramatic than with the previous vets (not at this practice). He squeaked briefly when his anal glands were being expressed, but everything was done really well. The only reason I deducted a point was the waiting time; despite having an appointment, we waited for just over an hour.

My 12-year-old pug, Lulu, has been a patient of Dr. Hess for a year now. We moved from Hesse to North Frisia and couldn't wish for a better veterinarian. Dr. Hess is exceptionally competent, observes carefully, and explains clearly what is truly necessary, avoiding unnecessary treatments or costs. It's immediately apparent that the animals' well-being is his top priority. Behind his sometimes rather direct manner lies a big heart and a genuine passion for his four-legged patients. I would particularly like to emphasize his availability: compared to many other veterinarians, Dr. Hess is remarkably often and reliably reachable. You never feel abandoned, and that provides an incredible sense of security. He has already helped Lulu tremendously on several occasions, and we always feel taken seriously, well cared for, and in excellent hands. For us, Dr. Hess is an absolute stroke of luck. I've been taking my dogs to Mr. Hess for many years; he's a fantastic veterinarian. He's always been incredibly helpful and never gave up, even when I was desperate and didn't know what to do for my three dogs. He's very loving with them. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care our dog Ciara received! She required emergency treatment and was immediately admitted and cared for at what was already a very busy practice. Despite the high volume of patients, an incredible amount of time was taken, and all necessary examinations – from ultrasound to IV fluids – were performed immediately. The entire team remained calm, empathetic, and incredibly helpful throughout. Especially in such an exceptional situation, this level of care is anything but a given and deeply impressed us.
