We were called to the veterinary clinic via the emergency service for our cat. Dr. Voss reacted quickly and performed a truly excellent operation. Considering the extent of the treatment and the time spent, the price was absolutely reasonable. Unfortunately, my cat developed kidney problems immediately afterward. Again, the team reacted quickly and tried to find a solution that worked for everyone. A truly wonderful veterinarian and a fantastic team behind her.
On behalf of our dog Lila, we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their quick and provisional help on Friday, May 21, 2026. Thanks to you, our family dog's life was saved; she will have a long life. This practice is highly recommended.
We took our new cat there for the first time. Since she doesn't travel well in the car, we didn't want to drive all the way to Heide to see our usual vet! The woman at the counter seemed more than a little confused. I was supposed to sign a data privacy statement, which she then spent several minutes searching for on the computer. In the meantime, another patient came in, and the statement was forgotten! Then, during the usual health check, the vet said the cat's teeth looked very bad and needed to be x-rayed and extracted, that the animal was in a lot of pain, and that the cost would be around €1000. Up until then, I hadn't had the impression that our cat was in any pain at all. So, I recently got a second opinion: apart from a minimal amount of tartar, the teeth are perfectly fine! To top it all off, the vaccination certificate listed "European Shorthair" under breed 🤦🏼♀️! In the future, I'd rather drive a few extra minutes to Heide again!!!
