We were called to the veterinary clinic via the emergency service for our cat. Dr. Voss reacted quickly and performed a truly excellent operation. Considering the extent of the treatment and the time spent, the price was absolutely reasonable. Unfortunately, my cat developed kidney problems immediately afterward. Again, the team reacted quickly and tried to find a solution that worked for everyone. A truly wonderful veterinarian and a fantastic team behind her.

When our Balou's life came to an end a few years ago, everything had to happen quickly. We called the veterinary practice in Hennstedt in the morning and asked for help in euthanizing our Balou. Dr. Voss was at our Hemmingstedt office within an hour. She was exemplary, I must say. What followed was loving and exemplary treatment of our Balou, as well as my wife and me. I've been to the veterinary practice in Hennstedt with my dogs for decades. There was never any reason to complain...👍♥️ By the way, the practice team is also absolutely positive.👋

We were there for the first time with our new cat. Since she doesn't tolerate car rides well, we didn't want to drive all the way to Heide to see our regular vet! The lady at the counter seemed beyond confused. I was asked to sign a privacy statement, which she spent several minutes searching for on her computer. In the meantime, another patient came in, and the statement was forgotten! Then, during the usual health check, the vet said her teeth looked very bad and needed to be x-rayed and extracted, as the animal was in a lot of pain, costing about €1,000. Until then, I hadn't had the feeling our cat was in pain at all. So I recently got a second opinion: her teeth are perfectly fine, apart from a minimal buildup of tartar! To top it off, the vaccination record listed European Shorthair as her breed 🤦🏼‍♀️! I'd rather drive a few minutes longer to Heide in the future!!!
