You shouldn't believe all the bad reviews! I called at 6:30 PM (open until 7:00 PM, I could have been there earlier!), as I urgently needed a deworming tablet for my puppy (I worked until 6:00 PM, only then discovered the infestation, and the puppy was already very lethargic). I was brushed off with the statements "I'm not in the mood for this anymore" and "I'm going to slam the door in your face." An absolutely unfriendly woman! Unbelievable what kind of people are out there.

While on vacation, one of three female dogs developed diarrhea and vomiting. Called Friday morning, quickly checked with the vet, and then drove off. The practice is somewhat hidden in a residential area. I walked around the building once, and was seen immediately. The doctor was very friendly and kind to the dog. A thorough medical history was taken, information was noted, examination was performed, injections were given, and drops were given. The appointment was made. Called the next day (Saturday!). Again, very friendly and informed me that if there are any problems, I'll contact them over the weekend. That's fantastic. Please note: Bring cash; no card payments.

I took my cat Nami to Dr. Dressen after my previous vet misdiagnosed her. Dr. Dressen was incredibly sweet and kind to my little darling and took a lot of time during the examination ❤️ And even when my little one had to be put down due to illness, she was wonderful. She was so kind and loving to Nami on her final journey and was a great support to me when my world fell apart. Such a wonderful person ❤️

They were there for the emergency service! Easy money! There wasn't even a receipt; we had to pay in cash.
