What a truly wonderful team! I had an unplanned appointment with my dog ​​today. Even though we'd never been there before (we don't live nearby), we received a very friendly welcome and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I can wholeheartedly recommend them and hope this fantastic veterinary practice continues to thrive for many years to come!

Absolutely unacceptable. I called because my dog ​​was experiencing acute respiratory distress—a situation that urgently needs to be taken seriously. Instead of compassion or help, I only received annoyed responses on the phone. The tone was dismissive, and the urgency was completely ignored. When I asked when the next available appointment would be, the only answer was, "I don't know." No effort was made to check, no suggestions for what I could do—simply zero interest. It seemed as if they had no desire to take on new patients or to address the animals' problems. For a veterinary practice that makes good money, it's simply incomprehensible that there isn't even someone there to properly coordinate appointments. In my experience, anyone hoping for care and prompt assistance for their pet is barking up the wrong tree here.

A very professional practice. There's hardly any waiting time. The team works together seamlessly. Our older dogs and puppies always feel very comfortable. It's also fantastic that we can always go straight into a treatment room.

Dr. Gruber is a very empathetic veterinarian who doesn't immediately resort to euthanasia. She helped us through a very difficult time and never gave up. We are so grateful to have this vet and thank her for her help. :)

I've now taken our dog Malou to Dr. Gruber's practice twice, and I'm so glad I chose this veterinary clinic. We had the pleasure of seeing Ms. von Horsten, who, like the entire team, was very empathetic and friendly towards me and especially our dog. Malou felt comfortable from the start and received excellent care. Many thanks to the whole team for your kindness and help. You're all wonderful!
