I've been treating my rescue dog here for a long time. Because we're so satisfied and feel so well cared for, I recommend this practice with a clear conscience. Several of my family members have also transferred here. The entire team is very kind, explains things patiently, and is competent. In acute cases, even without an appointment, everything is done to ensure prompt treatment. The animal's well-being, not making money, is our priority. I feel in good hands here, thank you very much! Update September '25 -> Unfortunately, I had to let my wonderful fluffy little darling go. We received exceptional support and advice on this difficult journey. As the time came to say goodbye, Ms. Kleefeld came to our home. This allowed us to spend our last days together in a familiar and loving atmosphere. As a keepsake, she gave us a beautifully painted stone with our darling's name on it. Despite all the grief, it was very dignified and loving. Should I lose my heart again, we will of course return to this practice and to Ms. Kleefeld. Many thanks to the entire team.

Absolutely fantastic team! We've been going to this vet for years and are very, very happy 🌟 Last week we had to say goodbye to our Pauli, and it was handled with such dignity, even though it was closing time. We received the notification and the assistants painted a picture of Pauli as a stone. They even lit a candle (like I said, it was closing time) and the bill was more than fair! Thank you so much for everything ❤️🌟

We were there with our sick rodent. A proper diagnosis wasn't made. They gave us a small dropper of Traumeel. How is a homeopathic remedy supposed to help a seriously ill animal? My little daughter and I were then dismissed by the vet with "good luck." The little animal ultimately died three days later. Perhaps it would have been better to tell us that they didn't know anything about rodents; then we would have continued on and perhaps had the little animal rescued by a qualified veterinarian. They also give us good advice, like a hamster isn't suitable for children. We have two dogs and a cat, all of whom are already in their teens. Our children know how to handle animals and take very good care of them. Instead of good advice, I would have preferred good treatment and perhaps even someone to say they weren't familiar with the animal. That's only human and shows strength of character.
