As always, I'm happy to come here. Competent, very friendly, and understanding; I never felt pressured into unnecessary or overpriced treatments or medications. I can ask anything and always get kind but helpful answers, which is why I've been coming here with my dog ​​for years, even though it's now a 45-minute drive. My dog ​​is treated well and lovingly, and in emergencies, they even squeezed me in during their lunch break. Highly recommended! ❤️

Lovely reception staff and vets. Everyone seemed genuinely caring of my pets.

We went to this practice as an emergency case. The veterinarian greeted our Miss Marple so warmly and then patiently listened to everything. At that point, Miss Marple was no longer able to walk or stand on her own. She stayed for further treatment, and we were kept informed by phone, first by the veterinarian and later by the vet, with incredible patience. In the evening, we were able to bring her home again... Today was her follow-up appointment, and we're on the right track. Many thanks to the entire team for the truly wonderful advice and treatment, and for the loving way they treated our Miss Marple and also for helping us with our anxieties. 🙋🏻‍♀️💐🐕 On May 20, 2025, we sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved Miss Marple. Thank you to the veterinarian who made it possible for my husband to also say goodbye in peace. And thank you to the truly empathetic veterinarian who helped Miss Marple cross the Rainbow Bridge in her favorite spot in the garden. Thank you so much to the whole team, we will never forget what you all did for our Miss and for us too ❣️🫶🏻❣️🌈

Our cat was hit by a car, and our vet in Nordhastedt was unfortunately closed, so we took him here to Sarzbüttel. At reception, we were told we needed an appointment or could leave our cat there, and the vet might look at him later—so unfriendly! So we took our cat to Nordhastedt, and our vet came to the practice specifically to examine him. I'm really disappointed here; animal welfare is clearly not a priority. 😞

I've been a patient of these veterinarians since they first opened. That must be 8 or 9 years now. The practice is incredibly competent, always absolutely friendly, fair, and open in their communication. My beloved dog sadly had to be put down in 2023, and they were incredibly kind and supportive during that time as well. Even though I often treat my pet myself with natural remedies, they never looked down on me; on the contrary, they believe anything that heals is helpful. Truly a top-notch team.
