A very unfriendly veterinarian who handles cats very roughly. I took my kitten in for vaccinations a while ago, and the cat yowled loudly. I've never experienced that with other vets. This time, I was at his practice with a cat I was looking after (the owner was on vacation). I asked Mr. Kaltofen to advocate for the cat's well-being by speaking with the owners. He dismissed me in a rude and aggressive manner!
