Today we had to say goodbye to our dachshund as she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The vet came to our house and did it very gently. Very compassionate and competent.

The practice team is fantastic, and Dr. Borgelt is a highly competent and very kind veterinarian. She treats the animals with great empathy. We appreciate her very much!

I'm only giving this vet one star to write this review. He made a false diagnosis just to rake in €200. Whether an animal has fluid in its lungs can't be determined without an X-ray, yet he thinks he's a genius. He wanted me to say goodbye to him, claiming he had a heart condition, but luckily I went to Dr. Driver in Heide the next day. Dr. Driver couldn't understand this diagnosis; it was a slipped disc. This man even tried to pressure me into saying goodbye to my dog ​​quickly. Luckily, card payments weren't accepted that day. I'd rather pay Dr. Driver €600 for a proper diagnosis and professional treatment, and now he's trying to collect the money even though he wouldn't have my dog ​​anymore (if I had listened to him). He's just after the money. In my opinion, vets like this shouldn't be allowed to practice!

I took my dog ​​to this practice as a substitute. I can only give a positive review! The reception was very friendly, and the veterinarian completely won me over. She conducted a very thorough examination and handled my dog ​​wonderfully, even though my Wilma wasn't the friendliest... I left the practice with a great feeling and gladly give it 5 stars. After the vet refused to treat my mother (her cat had an open, festering wound on its leg with a fever), we received a very friendly and warm welcome! Even the initial contact on the phone was first-class! The vet was very empathetic with the cat and gave us comprehensive information! Thank you so much for the quick and professional help!
