This empathetic team is invaluable for my dog. She's a rescue dog and has always been absolutely terrified of going to the vet. The competent team always finds a way to treat her well. They also helped our newest family member, a cat.

My little Yorkshire Terrier had quite a lot of tartar. It was thoroughly removed, along with seven broken teeth. I was able to pick Sissi up about 90 minutes after dropping her off for the procedure. Contrary to my expectations, she was already quite lively. There were absolutely no problems. The vet and her assistants are incredibly kind. Thank you so much! I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. P.S. Parking is also convenient. 😉

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Giebel last year during the emergency service for my seriously ill cat. Unfortunately, it was only for euthanasia, but what can I say? She was so loving and caring, very thoughtful, with lots of explanations, and despite everything, a very thorough examination before she let him go. The injections were administered gently, with care to ensure Freddy was pain-free and comfortable. I was allowed to stay with him and pet him. No pressure, very calm, and this was on a public holiday! ❣️ Of course, I switched to this practice with my five cats. No matter what, the atmosphere is always calm, incredibly animal-oriented, and I am so grateful to be able to visit this practice! Even with four cats at once, it's no problem. Dr. Wolf microchipped and vaccinated the kittens; I didn't hear a peep, he did a fantastic job, very gently. Milli was very sick, and I was allowed to come in. Nothing unnecessary is done; no blood is drawn at any cost from a dehydrated cat. Ms. Giebel explained everything thoroughly: "Please be patient; if anything comes up, we're here." Even at 10:15 p.m. on Sunday, I called and got Ms. Giebel on the phone. She reassured me, gave me great tips on how to get through the night calmly, and what I should pay attention to. In the morning, I was able to come in immediately. Antonia answered the phone; of course I could come. No "I don't have any appointments; you can come tomorrow"—no, this is about living beings! Despite her busy schedule, Ms. Giebel took all the time in the world, was very dedicated, and focused on the treatment and therapy, listening attentively. I appreciate the honesty, the effort, the willingness to take on the concerns of crazy pet owners like myself, and the consistently loving care! THANK YOU for everything to this wonderful practice! Finding her, after the veterinary odyssey and losing two cats as a result, is one less thing to worry about, even though I'm very sad I didn't know her sooner. It would have saved my cats so much suffering and pain in every way!
