I would like to sincerely thank the entire team. Unfortunately, it was our first time at this wonderful veterinary practice. Sadly, the outcome wasn't good. After the examination, it turned out that the sedative injection would have been a blessing for our little darling. The vet was so incredibly kind and attentive, giving us all a hug. When we returned at midday to have our little Shih Tzu put to sleep, we experienced such incredibly wonderful care and compassion for our little treasure, as well as for my mother and me. I was fortunate enough to be able to stay by his side the whole time and even had him on my lap while he received the sedative. And when the final injection was administered, I was able to cuddle my little darling the entire time. Afterwards, we also had some time with Bobbi. The vet opened the window so his spirit could pass away peacefully. This practice is absolutely fantastic. You are in good hands with this team. Thank you so much!

We switched vets after some bad experiences and were naturally skeptical, but our concerns were completely unfounded. We are incredibly grateful and happy to have found such a wonderful practice team. We felt truly well-advised and taken seriously. We can wholeheartedly recommend this genuinely friendly team!

We called the veterinary practice on Thursday because our Labrador, Nami, was vomiting frequently. We were able to get an appointment for the very next day, Friday, at short notice. There was hardly any waiting time at the clinic; we were seen very quickly. The treatment and consultation were extremely competent and empathetic. The entire appointment lasted less than half an hour, and we felt completely well cared for. The whole team was very friendly, professional, and clearly very fond of animals. We felt our dog was in excellent hands and can highly recommend this specialist small animal practice.

I had almost lost faith in humanity (veterinarians) when I happened upon Dr. Rieckhoff's practice. What can I say... they still exist! Veterinarians who put the animal's well-being first. Thank you for putting my old dog in such good hands. Two fantastic veterinarians and a super friendly team. We feel very well cared for, both professionally and personally.
