We took our Labrador there on a recommendation! He had a large fatty lipoma and we didn't know if it could be operated on since he's already 11.5 years old 🙈 They operated on him and I'm so grateful ♥️ He's doing very well 🥰

We took our dog Ajuna to this veterinary clinic because of recurring bladder infections. Unfortunately, our previous vet only prescribed antibiotics "on suspicion" several times. At this clinic, however, a urine culture was finally taken, targeted treatment was administered, and the results were checked again after several weeks. The medical and professional treatment was truly excellent – ​​we received tremendous help here. However, I must point out one critical issue: As the owner, I wasn't allowed to be present during the urine collection and was asked to go have a coffee in the waiting room. While I was there, I clearly heard my dog ​​whining. When I pointed out that I didn't think this was right, I was told that this was standard procedure because owners often make their dogs nervous. While this may be true in many cases, in our case it unfortunately had the opposite effect. The situation was very stressful and apparently traumatic for Ajuna. Since then, she has developed a great fear of veterinarians and is reluctant to enter unfamiliar spaces. Overcoming this fear is proving very difficult. In summary: The clinic is truly excellent in its expertise, and if I ever need help, I would definitely return. I just really hope that Ajuna can come along next time – and that they can perhaps give more individualized attention to both dog and owner.
