As an owner, you might not want to accept certain diagnoses, but it's necessary to confront them. I'm also impressed by many of his medications (e.g., antibiotics as oral injections or cortisone tablets rather than powder), as they're often easy to administer. He's very easy to reach, and he's often helped my horses even on holidays and weekends.
