After an odyssey of misdiagnoses in Bielefeld, I ended up seeing Dr. Otto on a recommendation. Since he was on vacation, we were cared for by Ms. Rottmann and Dr. Albert (I didn't remember his last name, since this wonderful team is on first-name terms, I only remember Albert), and they literally saved my "polar bear's" life. A practice where the dog's well-being is the top priority, where people go above and beyond what is reasonably affordable, is rare in our society. I am very happy I followed the recommendations. Many thanks to the team for saving lives.
