After an odyssey of misdiagnoses in Bielefeld, I ended up at Dr. Otto's practice on a recommendation. Since he was on vacation, we were cared for by Ms. Rottmann and Dr. Albert (I didn't catch his last name, as this wonderful team is on a first-name basis; only Albert stuck with me), and they literally saved my "polar bear's" life. A practice where the dog's well-being is paramount, where people go above and beyond what's considered normal and affordable, is a rare find in our society these days. I'm so glad I followed the recommendations. Many thanks to the team for saving a life.
