Dr. med. vet. Christine Mahnkopf

Thank you so much for the quick diagnosis and treatment! We managed to get an appointment at short notice yesterday, even though that's anything but a given right before the Christmas holidays!!! I'm not one of those people who particularly enjoys going to the vet, but as long as I have a familiar human by my side and I can tell that Dr. Mahnkopf exudes absolute calm, friendliness, empathy, and competence throughout the entire treatment (including preparation, ultrasound, examination, diagnosis, medication discussion, scheduling of the follow-up, plus a few helpful tips), everything is fine (or even very fine). On top of that, there are some delicious treats (in the middle and at the end)...^^ And the best part is that I'm already feeling much better today, which is simply wonderful!! A very good veterinarian. She handles the animals with great love and empathy. Her team is also very caring. Everyone is attentive and takes the owners' concerns and problems seriously. Our dog has felt very well cared for here from day one, even when an examination wasn't always pleasant.

I switched to Dr. Mahnkopf's practice about nine months ago. My dogs are frequent visitors to the vet, and one of them has some behavioral issues. We feel incredibly well cared for. Dr. Mahnkopf and all her assistants are both competent and professional, addressing both the dogs and me with expertise. No matter how unnecessary a question might seem, you never feel silly or abandoned. My older dog recently had surgery with her, and it went wonderfully. For the first time in nine years, he happily returned to the vet's office. (I'm not sure if the treats there are just too good or if it's all the cuddles.) We are completely satisfied!
