My cat was referred to Dr. Andrianaly because of his heart problems. She has been providing him with exceptionally competent and loving care for several years. We've been to her several times for ultrasound examinations, as well as for other issues when our regular veterinarian was on vacation. Dr. Andrianaly always takes ample time for the examination and the evaluation of the results, and she is very thorough. She is clearly up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and consults with other veterinarians or colleagues to ensure the best possible treatment. Her explanations and advice to me as the pet owner are always excellent – ​​professionally competent, easy to understand, unhurried, honest, and very empathetic. Even when I contact her by phone with questions, she always takes plenty of time. In a life-threatening emergency, she provided outstanding and dedicated care for my cat. Thanks in no small part to her care, he made a very good recovery. Dr. Andrianaly and her staff organize visits to the practice in a way that minimizes stress for the animal. The staff members I've dealt with so far, as well as Mr. Andrianaly, who is also a veterinarian at the practice, are very caring and competent in their handling of the animal patients. They treat the animals with great care and sensitivity. So far, everyone involved has made every effort to create the most pleasant possible experience for our cat. An incredibly wonderful team! They treat my old dog with heart problems so well that no one believes her age. Everyone thinks she's around 10 years old, but she's almost a proud 20. The vets are gifted, and the reception staff is very funny and friendly.
