Nice and modern facility and excellent staff.
Want to Thank everyone for your great care of our Maggie.
I've been taking my guinea pigs to Dr. Simon for several years now and I'm very satisfied. So far, he or his colleagues at the practice have always been able to help me. He diagnosed my female guinea pig right away, something two other vets experienced with guinea pigs couldn't figure out, so she had surgery and has been healthy again for two years. My guinea pig with dental issues also received excellent care. The staff are incredibly friendly. In short: I'm very happy to have this practice nearby. Thank you so much for your dedication!
A super friendly and competent practice. I called them on a public holiday (they were on emergency duty) because my dog had torn a claw and the quick was exposed (no bleeding). I received competent and very friendly advice on what to do and what we should avoid. An in-person visit wasn't necessary, but we were advised to definitely see our regular vet the next day (which we will do).
We switched from Dr. Simon's veterinary practice to another one some time ago because we repeatedly found the way they treated us as clients and the staff to be disrespectful. A few days ago, we experienced a particularly distressing situation. Our current vet had already finished for the day, so in our desperation, we called the practice because our dog was dying. We called two minutes before closing time. On the phone, we were told that it was two minutes before closing, that we hadn't been to the practice in four years, and that we should therefore go to an animal hospital. Legally, the practice did nothing wrong. However, from a human perspective, we found this reaction very harsh and unempathetic, especially towards the suffering animal. We could have been there within minutes, and our dog could have been spared suffering in her final moments. Instead, she had to endure this time in a dying state until we could find help at an animal hospital. This assessment is not directed against the legal situation, but against the humane treatment in an absolutely exceptional situation, in which we would have wished for compassion towards the animal.
