Great experience, very friendly and professional team

Highly recommended. Very caring and very thorough with the animals. We are beyond grateful the care and attention that Dr. Mikhail and his team has given for our cat. He ultimately didn't make it, but the compassion and care through the difficult times meant the world to us.

Yesterday, I took my cat to Dr. Mikhail for the first time and I'm very impressed. With his calm and friendly manner, he took plenty of time and examined my cat very carefully and thoroughly. He explained everything clearly and addressed my questions and concerns. I felt taken seriously and very well cared for at all times. I especially appreciated that no unnecessary tests were performed and no hasty decisions were made. Antibiotics aren't prescribed reflexively here, but only when truly necessary. You can clearly tell that the animal's well-being is the priority, not financial gain. I was also particularly impressed that he personally checked in on my cat the next day; that shows genuine care. Thank you so much for this exceptional and loving care! I'm so glad to have found such a wonderful veterinarian and I'm going home with great confidence that my cat will soon be healthy again. Highly recommended!

Our Fleur, pictured here, hadn't been doing well for the past few weeks. She wasn't eating, wasn't as active as usual, and we were very worried. Since she's a very anxious dog, we went to see Dr. Amir Mikhail in Leonberg-Höfingen, as my daughter had had very positive experiences there. It's a big plus that you don't have to wait in a waiting room with other animals or people, as appointments are scheduled so that you, like us, are called in individually. This is especially helpful for anxious animals. To keep it brief... Dr. Mikhail is very empathetic, attentive to both animal and owner, asks the right questions, and handles exceptional cases like fear exceptionally well. Even during every visit, from the greeting and the attention given to Fleur, to the food/treats at the end, and even during the appointment itself, we felt comfortable and at ease, despite the atmosphere of a veterinary practice. ... This also applies to the entire team, who were very kind, helpful, and, above all, flexible, successfully gaining the trust of our anxious Fleur! Fleur was so unwell that we were (rightfully) worried, and I called Dr. Mikhail to reschedule our afternoon appointment for the same day, if possible. The situation was immediately recognized, and we set off. The ultrasound and blood tests revealed that Fleur had a uterine infection, which was full of pus and could rupture at any moment. All appointments at the practice were immediately rescheduled, and Dr. Mikhail performed emergency surgery on Fleur right away. It was truly a last-minute situation! He and his team didn't even take a lunch break, and we stayed the entire time, only to be called in later so that we would be there when Fleur woke up. To make a long story short... This was on Friday, April 10th, and we were there for a very, very long time before finally taking Fleur home. Dr. Mikhail gave me an emergency number I can call anytime if any problems arise. He even called me twice that same evening to check on Fleur and asked all the necessary, relevant questions! On Saturday, he came to the practice just for us, for Fleur, to take blood, examine her, and make sure everything was progressing well. Today, April 13th, we were back with Fleur, and Dr. Mikhail and we, the team at the practice, are very happy that everything went so well and that Fleur is doing so well again. We'll be back at the practice on Monday to have the stitches removed and for a final check-up. Fleur will, of course, continue taking her medication in the meantime. I can only offer my sincere compliments and heartfelt thanks once again for this quick response, the competent, and above all, successful treatment to Dr. Mikhail and his team in this review. Today, April 13th, we were back with Fleur, and we are very happy that everything went so well and that Fleur is doing so well again. A clear recommendation if you are also looking for a veterinarian who is so kind and competent in caring for your pet!
