A truly fantastic practice/veterinarian! Dr. Franziska Lux is a veterinarian with a passion for her work – always available, incredibly dedicated, and always focused on the animals' well-being. I feel that my cats and dog are receiving extremely competent and comprehensive care. Absolutely top-notch! 👍

Ms. Lux is completely lacking in empathy. When I called her in an emergency, she offered an appointment two days later. By then, the animal had died a painful death in convulsions.

An emergency vet who refuses to attend a critical emergency because the medications are supposedly frozen...?!? A doctor should know that the medications become unusable if frozen. Ms. Lux is definitely in the wrong profession! The animal died a painful death in convulsions during the night. Ms. Lux showed zero empathy and offered absolutely no recommendation for any treatment for any animal.
